Delicious cake personalized for my friend's birthday. Will definitely go back again. Eva who works there is just lovely.

We have been there three times. The staff were super friendly and welcoming every single time. Iced espresso was delicious as was everything we tried (danish, muffins, croissants). Great little place to have in the neighborhood!

As a vegan, I'm always on the lookout for new options in the neighborhood, especially when I'm on the go. I finally had a chance to stop into Canella, which opened earlier this year in February.

It's a really cute bakery/cafe with a ton of different desserts to choose from, as well as breads and baguettes, sandwiches and an espresso bar. But, do they have anything vegan???

YES! Right now they offer two different muffins - Banana and Banana Walnut. Super moist yet dense and not oily. Delicious banana flavor and nice muted spices - excellent. Made with soy milk and canola oil - so no eggs, no dairy.

They also offer oat, almond or soy milk as alternatives for any coffee drink they make as well.

The staff is warm and friendly and tell me they're hoping to add more vegan items in the future. I'll update this when they do.
