“As their prices are great and staff is very nice they rush you too fast. They don't thoroughly explain and they don't let you speak to the vet. Your animal goes in, you tell them what you need done and they send out bill, you pay and here's your animal with whatever meds they need at the moment. The van they work from is super small so you wait outside. Overall they get the job done and for a way better price.”

“My experience at the clinic was good, the staff was friendly and the feral cat I brought to be fixed was well taken care of, and the facility was clean. Since this was my first TNR and first time going to the clinic to get an animal fixed, I would have appreciated knowing in advance what time pickup was for someone doing pickup/dropoff themselves (I might have missed this info somewhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere) in order to plan in advance around work. Note: drop off is 7am and pickup is 5pm. It would have also been helpful to receive some instructions about post-surgery care, whether verbally, via a handout at pickup, or via an email (I.e. when can they be given water/food, how long to keep them post-surgery, etc.). I'm sure a lot of people know this info already, but since it was my first time, these are the little things I wasn't aware of.”
