However, the wait time doesn't have to do with the receptionist, it has to do with the facility capacity and open availability. I waited 5 months for my children to be seen and I only waited because I was recommended to see one of the doctors. So the CRUEl comments about receptionist and staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL. The treatment that my family and I received from the receptionist/ staff including Patricia, was very compassionate and understanding. Lastly, if the staff calls you back is because they have availability and will make an appointment during that call. Best regards!”

I was warmly received, was seen, and taken care of in a cordial and professional manner. One of the staff members, a very nice and polite young woman named Evie, my apologies if I misspelled her name, even thanked me for being a loyal customer since I have been coming to your store as far back as 2003, but more importantly, because I do not drive, which means that I have to take two trains, in the past I used to take three, and a bus to get there.
