Usually I cannot finish a full cup of coffee. When drinking Star Mountain Coffee's Black Diamond flavor, I found the bottom of the cup and was left wanting more. Do yourself a favor and give Star Mountain Coffee a try!!”

“Our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 6 hours we had to find a home to place her and choose a hospice care company. We were blessed to find Quality Hospice to come in and help care for mom while she was in the assisted living facility. Everyone we came in contact with from this hospice company was beyond kind and compassionate. These people really cared about our family and what we were going through. Linda Miller was our assigned nurse and we could not have found anyone better. She was always there when we needed her or needed supplies. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Mom died on Monday morning and it is now Thursday evening and the hospice doctor still has not signed the death certificate so that her body can be shipped back for burial. Our family is traveling from all over the US for the funeral which we haven't scheduled yet because there is no death certificate. This has been very frustrating! Everyday they have promised it would be signed and faxed by the end of the day but so far nothing.”

As one might expect there is a line here and it is busy but the wait line is set up so it is wheelchair accessible”

“It may not be a corporate Starbucks that accepts rewards or some promotions, but you can still use your card to get points. Additionally, it is one of the most congested due to undergrad and graduate students that flock to it. Always allocate an additional ten minutes for wait times in case you need a coffee in a hurry. In other aspects the atmosphere is lively and symbolizes the NY rush. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Thus, it creates a great atmosphere of rush and help that one needs to get through the day.”

“The place is way better than the Korean airline first class lounge. They had good selection of wine and champagne and also had nice finger food that actually tast good! I recommend spending your priority pass here or even pay for entering this lounge. Just so you know sometime this place is packed and you might not find a place to set but in that case just wait for a while and people will move on quickly!”

“Everyone else is complaining about the rude employees, but honestly the woman behind the counter today was nice. Maybe, because I was nice to her, treated her with respect. I don't know how you can expect to have outstanding employees that are employed at minimum wage. The coffee was also great, much better than Starbucks quite honestly. I didn't have any problems with her or the quality of service. Don't understand the bad ratings.”
