(October 31, 2017, 6:24 pm)I have only worked with L. Richards Plumbing & Heating once. They gave me a new water main and tap, a U trap and fresh air inlet. The work was really good and they worked quickly. Mr. Richards was on site quite a few times to check on the quality of the work. They did everything in 2 days. As far as the work they put in it was 5 stars but the clean up wasn't. I don't really have a big issue with what wasn't done but had I have known I would've negotiated with him more. Make sure to deal directly with Mr. Richards when negotiating the contract and the cost of the job.
