“Know many highly educated and incredibly wise men who have studied at this Yeshiva. Highly recommended!”

“The students here who are writing these reviews are the ones who are out of control with their behaviors and dont want to be discipline. This is a great school. My child attended this school and I know they teach exceptionally well here. Discipline is a must. These students forever rebel because school is strict. Great school and great teachers. Highly recommended school with outstanding values and high achievers - but only for those who will not defy discipline.”

“Your online hours say you're open on Sunday, so we drove down here, but it's closed. Please change your online information to reflect correct hours. I was excited you had opened on Sundays, but obviously it is incorrect. :-( Otherwise...good branch..lines are usually long though so give yourself time.”

“5 stars for looks. Everything is nice when it's new but I have to say they are not offering much of a different curriculum than other schools in the neighborhood. I mean for the price they charge I expected something more. Lots of overpriced fees. Again none of this would have mattered if I found a difference in what they are bringing to the table. So I'll say just newer more spacious and organized classrooms. But most parents focus will be on the curriculum.”

“I must say that the day I walked into this school, I fell in love. The staff are friendly and kind. The owner of the school (Mrs. Chin) is so warm, humble, and accommodating. Since my daughter started attending this program, my daughter has been doing very well in her reading, writing, and counting. I have been so impressed with the level of teaching they provide to their students. My 2-year old also started talking much earlier than other students in the class and now has been able to get out of her shell and engage so well with others. I have no complaints about the school. They have a nice balance of school work and play time during school hours and provide individual attention to all their students. I am excited to start my 3rd child in this program as soon as she turns 2. Therefore, I would most definitely recommend this school if you are in search of a great school in the Queens Village area.”

“Now I'm not saying that OLLCA is the best school ever in fact it is simply falling apart. Though the people there made me feel as if I was at home and ever since I had to move last year I have not been able to get the same amount of kindness and care. If you attend the school yeah, you may be behind compared to some of the other schools in learning part. And they have had a history of bad teachers but the students and most teachers make you feel like family. After leaving and hearing from a close friend who also used to attend that the school was closing it broke my heart! Honestly I cried about it and if it were not closing down I would go back there in a heartbeat. If I could I would help the school stay open in any way possible. This school has been my home since forever and if any of the staff or teachers are reading this I would just want to say thank you. The academics are fun and even though there was a bunch of homework some of the days it was only preparing us for the harsh of the real world. Even though the art teacher is now the 4th grade teacher it does not matter because OLLCA is a family. So thank you.”

“So excited for my son to start school. I love the extra sanitary measures the school is taking to ensure safety. I do like that the children are not required to wear masks as that is asking a lot of a little guy. But the teachers and all staff are wearing masks. The new protocols do not take up a lot of time at drop off. So everything has been positive! So excited for this new chapter in our lives.”

“Being that I was a student at this school, I give it four stars. It's an amazing school with amazing teachers and a new principal, and the students are okay (most better than others). However, the food is pretty bad. Edible, but below average. I mean, at least most people don't get sick of it.”
