“Look i dont know about others but if you dont know anything about cars then your a glutin for punishment and run the risk of getting scammed by any shop that see you coming a mile away lol. With technology today everyone has an information super highway in there pockets. I have been coming here for years for work i cant do myself and they take care of me every time with good quality work hands down. My car is modded, tunned etc. And i feel very comfortable bringing my car here for exhaust work and suspension work. “My car was involved in a colisión and needed to be towed from Queens to Brooklyn.the first company I called said no availability till morning the second said 1.5 hours and after we waited the estimated time they said we had to wait another hour. I decided to call MacArthur and the wait was estimated at 30 minutes but to my surprise the driver was there in less than 10. He was very pleasant and professional managed to get my car to my house shortly after I arrived. “I personally recommend the pro services to pull out a recent hit-and-run parking lot dent, which we didn't see until days later as we hardly go anywhere. Sent same exact photos of right front fender of our 2019 Hyundai Sonata to him to ask & price quote. Arrived for scheduled appointment & gave it a final visual with disclaimer that it can be fixed minus the deep scratch that he might not bluff out. An hour later, it was ready and now, we will just need to get touch-up paint to fill in the fender wheel well area. Very satisfied for fixing the dent at $200.”

“This was the muffler shop. There aren't many body work shops that do welding so I can't complain. They fabricated metal to mount my torsion bar clamp back on the frame when the old one rusted off. They work fast, took an hour. Most of the auto places next to Citifield have been pushed out by the city so there are only a handful left.”
