Without knowing me, he went above and beyond to do one of the biggest favors to accommodate my 102 year old grandmother. He took time out of his own schedule, and went to her house to administer the booster, out of the pure goodness of his heart. Once I forgot to visit her after taking blood test and just went out for vacation, and then, she just called me in person to tell me that I need to reduce the dose of my medicine. Additionally, she also help patients to save some unnecessary money cost. My company buy me Cigna insurance , and I have to pay $50 as a copay. So sometime she just tells me that I do not need to come next time, I can just call her after taking next blood test, and she will tell me how to adjust my prescription in phone without coming to visit her, so that I can save that $50.
