Customer service here is amazing. The owner reached out to me personally to make sure I was taken care of.
I am mostly self taught in playing bagpipes so I was nervous about making such a big purchase as a novice. Yet, I am now completely confident that I can have any questions answered by the team at piper dojo.
They also have a ton of tutorials and training resources (some free and some paid) and from what I’ve experienced they create excellent content. Especially if you are mostly self taught like me.
