“I recently joined FC chaos over the summer, and right from the start Sal along with all the amazing trainers made me feel right at home! Their workouts are the best, and have a great variation between weight training and boxing. You can choose to do private training sessions, or take one of their many weekly classes. I was a beginner at boxing, and all the trainers worked with me to learn the basics and gain confidence. Highly recommend if you are looking to change up your workouts or try something new!”
