“This place is awesome! I came here twice for unrelated computer crashes. Both times, the service was awesome, and they clearly explained the problem, what the options were and in one instance, recovered the computer, and in the other instance, grabbed all my data off the dying hard drive. Also, I was probably going to buy a new computer when they instead pointed out I could just breathe some new life into my old one and have a perfectly good computer.”
