They were very kind and informative. Great prices as well. Larger selection of women's clothing than men's. The cargo pants were wonderful but I needed them in black, which was not available.”

“Paula the manager at the Gap Factory, in Empire Outlet is super friendly and just amazing. She actually took the time out her day to assist me with several fittings of the light puffer jacket. Which was half off yesterday, along with the 15%, (leaves coupon code). The jacket was amazing. I decided to purchase and take home a large after being very indecisive between the large and the XL. Well, It didn't stop there. I called the next day and personally requested to speak to Paula and she actually came to the phone. I informed her that I wasn't really happy with the large because of the tightness in the chest area.Therefore, she informed me that she will put aside a XL for an even exchange, until the end of day. Which is great because I can exchange it after work ! I recommend this location. They have a friendly staff and workers that take pride in there customers !”

“The quality of the furniture is a little old school, Make stand with some new school. And updated furniture for the new 2020 Homes, apartments and whatnot. Plus, me an my husband. bought us a new table there. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went into the store. I just needed to make sure the right table with fit perfect with our couch. Fell in love with it and the husband got it for me.”
