“Being a small post office in a hamlet too small to be a village, town or city, gives makes 10920 the place where "everybody knows your name". If you have a post office box, when you ask for your mail, 80% of the employees already know your name and box number (every organization has a bonehead). I have walked into the post office and my packages were ALREADY on the counter because the clerk saw me through the window and before I entered the building had retrieved my packages. Speaking of postal boxes, one of the perks of 10920 is that unlike most post offices, your postal box there is available 24/7. So you can ALWAYS get your mail, day/night/weekends or holidays. Service like this cannot exist anywhere except in a small post office where most of the clerks care. And it goes both ways. The postal clients know the clerks and ask them how they are... and it's not just something to say. The hamlet cares about the clerks. They are personable and efficient to the best of their ability and training. They earnestly try their best to give good service. It is not uncommon though to find that postal carriers THROUGHOUT the postal system make mistakes on occasion. In MOST post offices it is BECAUSE THEY JUST DON'T CARE. Other times is because they just don't know. While the personnel at 10920 are quite knowledgeable, if they make a mistake, it will ALMOST NEVER be because they just don't care. (Don't forget, they do have ONE bonehead there.) This is a post office that cares.”

“first off let me just start by saying this Thruway direct is a very good company to work for their staff work extremely hard and a lot are overworked and underpaid I for one experienced on several occasions by numerous of the residence and passing by pedestrians harassing Thruway direct employees physically pushed shoved accuse lied and one or two Thruway direct employees have been hit by cars simply because there is no respect there is no respect from the residence there is no respect from the passing by pedestrians there's no respect from the people who are driving through the areas that their employees work for the people who have posted bad reviews are the main people who have continued it continuously harassed and at some verbally and physically assaulted and abused several of the Thruway direct employees now if I was in their shoes I would yell too I would turn the entire block into a loading dock simply because I wasn't fed with a silver spoon when I was growing up unfortunately for them I see a bunch of people who are trying who are not sitting at home who are not getting into trouble for not smoking marijuana and wasting their life I see a bunch of young people who are being productive in a trying to support their family and this economy and I for one respect that as I witnessed on several occasions that harassment is out of control the harassment is done by vocal resonance people who have worked what and still work inside of the business buildings and passing by pedestrians and matter of personal opinion just because someone is not at the same Financial level as we are does not make it right for you to judge consciously or unconsciously and silently and verbally judge people for doing the right thing. Yes everyone is entitled to their own opinion and yes is freedom of speech there is such a thing called harassment and it is against the law and I will start inside and get a petition moving for these employees and for whoever seems like they want to harass and continue to harass these employees and is out of control and it's unnecessary and there are laws and with my father and my connections I will personally make sure that they have some type of Rights against this type of harassment we're living in 2018 I have never seen so much disrespect for people who are trying to live their life right they could be at home they could be in the streets selling drugs they could be waste their life but instead they're trying and that gets them no respect because people and their financial situations feel like they're above and beyond everybody and anybody else around them so as I might get gosh for posting this bad review to some who makes view it as that I don't care because this review is the truth”
