I am not one of those people, but it was a great way to build trust between provider/patient. Dr. Derfuss has done much of my dental work over the past few years. His space is quaint and very clean. He is very professional with great beside manner, and wonderful conversation. He is incredibly communicative regarding treatment plans and pricing, and goes above and beyond for his patients. “I've been going to Dr Heidi for over 20 years and won't trust my face to anybody else. The staff is super friendly and supportive, the office is spotless and a pretty and relaxing environment. She has a great bed side manner and patiently and thoroughly answers questions I have even if they're based on nonsense from the internet. Also appreciate her Instagram posts where she discusses relevant topics. There's a private room to relax in prior to treatment (fraxel), they have bottles of water and granola bars, and I always look forward to the Hersheys kisses and samples post treatment. I would highly recommend!”

“My experience with Work with Your Nature Weight Loss was outstanding. I have gone up and down with my weight loss for a couple years now. I have tried just about every diet, and I couldn't seem to stick to one. I was looking for a nutritionist or nutritional program that was designed to help me learn new ways to cook and eat healthy meals for my busy lifestyle. Jill and Kim have been amazing in helping me with my health journey. I did the 8-week Metabolic Switch program, and I couldn't be happier. I got healthy supplements; I learned new ways to cook healthier foods with their recipes, and how to eat better (especially on the run). I learned how to monitor my weight and calorie intake and learned all about the good and bad foods for my body type. I had weekly sessions with Kim and received daily & weekly emails from Jill with recipes and great weight loss and mental health tips. I became a part of a great community. I was scared to participate in the beginning because I was afraid it wouldn't work. however, I surprised myself with what I am capable of.
