“I am writing to compliment those that work at the R.C. Public Defenders office. My dealings were with the paralegals. At first, I was working with Charles H. and then worked with Gary R. for the remainder of the case which was about 2 months, both very good! As someone dealing with a stressful situation, Gary was so pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. He always answered my call or email and if I had to leave a message he responded. It was a reassuring that he would respond, and I did not have to wonder or chase him down. As someone in the customer service industry, I felt it necessary to write this review and compliment them since many people take the time to complain and yet it takes the same about of time to compliment.
