Every time I've gone in to the store, Erik was patient and friendly. I was impressed how he remembered so many details from our initial conversation. Even when the store is busy, he is calm and present and gave me his undivided attention. I was in the store today when things were busy and watched how he advised a customer on the cheaper alternative to fix his firearm. He could have easily made money off the sale but chose to be honest and do what was best for the customer.
