“The people working here are super friendly and helpful. I needed to get some plywood for a DIY project and had 0 clue as to the differences between the different types. I called them up and told the employee that picked up what I was looking to build - he took the time to explain what would be best for my setup as well as why. Also I ended up doing delivery since I couldn't fit the plywood in my SUV. There was a mix up with the address (my fault for not double checking paperwork). Thankfully, instead of just going back to the store, they kept calling me until they were finally able to reach me (because of course my phone was on silent - I only happened to see my phone on their fourth attempt). The driver/delivery person was also very friendly (do you see a theme here with friendly employees :) - he unloaded the plywood to where I asked for it to be placed. Pricing is also at least on par, if not better, than what you would find at the "big name" brands. Between the great pricing and excellent customer service, I will definitely come back here for any future lumber needs.”

“Every experience I have had and every employee that has helped me has been great! Rob the owner answers or returns every call in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable. They are neat, fast, professional and great at what they do. Innovative is a one stop shop for everything. Our company has dumps, pick up trucks, cars, trailers, skid-steers etc. and they can handle it all for us. They have an awesome show room that has all the little things you need and can’t find in auto zone or one of those places. Our experience with rob and innovative has been nothing but great. “My review is prefaced with the statement that as long as my car holds up moving forward, I’ll use them again for any hybrid issues. It was here or the dealership (who said it would cost $169 just to look at the car). I had an issue with my Hyundai force stopping one day and my mechanic didn’t have the tools to fix what he assumed was a hybrid system issue. There are no other hybrid mechanics around, but they came highly recommended. However I was mainly seeing Prius and battery issues, and I wasn’t sure if they could handle my issue. They did! It was fairly priced, and if it solves my issue, I’m happy. However, they are very far away from me (not their issue, mine) and I do agree with other reviews that their timeliness can be an issue. I had read the reviews about this, so I was quick to contact them myself and ensure they were working on my car. To be honest, I think that’s important for you to do as a customer. I did get the sense more than once that my car had been forgotten about. Again though, just be aware of that, don’t avoid them because of it, because if they fix it well, fix it cheap, and the other option is the dealership, then I stand by my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ review!”

“I’ve been to lots of Lowe’s across the country over the years and in general what I saw at the store was a total lack of cash registers open if you wanted to buy something you had to go through the self service. The first thing we noticed in the self-service was that every single light was on and the woman that was there to troubleshoot was having to go from one car to the next to the next to try to fix problems we looked for anywhere else no cashiers the line was getting longer and longer and that just totally surprised us. Otherwise this is a typical Lowe’s that has the types of products that you might expect at a Lowe’s but don’t expect to find too many sales people the only people that are out Are putting things on the shelf but God for bid that you stop to ask them a question they quickly run off and you’re faced with running back to the front of the store to try to find another person to try to get a simple answer about something. Years ago I remember going into Lowe’s and it was full of friendly helpers workers former construction people who were there to give good advice who knew their products and we’re proud of their jobs there we didn’t see that so much here and the place was empty.”
