“I’ve been to lots of Lowe’s across the country over the years and in general what I saw at the store was a total lack of cash registers open if you wanted to buy something you had to go through the self service. The first thing we noticed in the self-service was that every single light was on and the woman that was there to troubleshoot was having to go from one car to the next to the next to try to fix problems we looked for anywhere else no cashiers the line was getting longer and longer and that just totally surprised us. Otherwise this is a typical Lowe’s that has the types of products that you might expect at a Lowe’s but don’t expect to find too many sales people the only people that are out Are putting things on the shelf but God for bid that you stop to ask them a question they quickly run off and you’re faced with running back to the front of the store to try to find another person to try to get a simple answer about something. Years ago I remember going into Lowe’s and it was full of friendly helpers workers former construction people who were there to give good advice who knew their products and we’re proud of their jobs there we didn’t see that so much here and the place was empty.”
