“Definitely my favorite gym in the area! New York Sports Club has a wide variety of machines and activities! The staff are always helpful and eager to show you around the facility. Each cardio machine has included digital television which makes it convenient when jogging. They offer many in person classes including yoga and boxing! Not to mention the indoor pool and sauna is always kept clean and efficient!”

“I love this gym!!! I was hesitant at first because of the reviews based on the old management but the gym was recently bought out by a new owner and I could not tell you how happy I am to have found my home away from home. The staff is extremely friendly, the owner himself is there, renovating the place and making sure it runs smoothly. My favorite part is the boot camp space they have. I mean not to mention how much equipment there is but I prefer the spartan type of workout. I believe you have to fall in love with the gym you go to because it plays a huge factor in not giving up on your physical/health goal. This place is must try!! Sincerely, Jewelz Santiago”
