“I have trained with Richie once a week for the past year and a half and can honestly say we have never done the same workout. Richie is very knowledgeable and has me doing exercises I have never done nor seen done by anyone else in a gym. I went to Richie looking to gain weight and size. I have put on 20 lbs and look bigger than my actual weight. Richie holds me accountable on correct form in exercises and always pushes me to an extra few reps or going up in weight.
