“My review is prefaced with the statement that as long as my car holds up moving forward, I’ll use them again for any hybrid issues. It was here or the dealership (who said it would cost $169 just to look at the car). I had an issue with my Hyundai force stopping one day and my mechanic didn’t have the tools to fix what he assumed was a hybrid system issue. There are no other hybrid mechanics around, but they came highly recommended. However I was mainly seeing Prius and battery issues, and I wasn’t sure if they could handle my issue. They did! It was fairly priced, and if it solves my issue, I’m happy. However, they are very far away from me (not their issue, mine) and I do agree with other reviews that their timeliness can be an issue. I had read the reviews about this, so I was quick to contact them myself and ensure they were working on my car. To be honest, I think that’s important for you to do as a customer. I did get the sense more than once that my car had been forgotten about. Again though, just be aware of that, don’t avoid them because of it, because if they fix it well, fix it cheap, and the other option is the dealership, then I stand by my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ review!”

“Jen and Sean were a pleasure to deal with. My Pilot had a small issue with the recalibration for the onboard safety systems after the windshield install. They spent 2 hours performing a road test so they could diagnose and resolve the issue and save me from coming back. They even paid for the tank of gas! Team here was amazing.”

“I was riding my bicycle by this repair shop on Saturday and had a flat tire. I was greeted by the owner, Wayne who is quite possibly the nicest human being I’ve ever met in my life. They extended their garage, their tools and expertise and couldn’t do enough to help me. They would not accept any money from me. While I was there several customers came in to drop off or pick up their vehicles. I observed not only Wayne but the entire staff handling all customers with same respect and courtesy. All customers were extremely satisfied with service and quality of repair. If I lived in the area I would never consider going anywhere else with my vehicle. I was literally treated like a family member and two days later still have a warm feeling by why great people and what a great business this is. Wayne THANK YOU, for being you. This was all from the heart and they are ALL genuinely fantastic and honest people. If you’re seeking auto repair in this area there is no reason to look any further. I have never experience such good customer service in my life and I am extremely critical of businesses. I would rate them 1000 stars if possible.”

“First I only gave 4 stars because I only used Advantage once, however my first experience with them was excellent. What initially sets them apart is that they have a pleasant office manager who sets your expectations. She called to let me know the problem/estimate and called me when it was finished. I've gone to plenty of mechanics in which my car was there for a while, they never call you and you come to find out they can't fix it until tomorrow. Geez thank you for telling me nothing. NOT Advantage this office manager was on top of it. I had a recurring problem with an oil line and Advantage told me that whoever did the repair previously used coolant lines to repair my car. That is why I had a recurring oil leak. Anyway for my first experience I give the an "A." I will definitely use them again. EDIT: I had an opportunity to go there a second time to get an inspection on my car and they told me that they only take appointments for inspections and other repairs. The last time i visited Advantage I had my car towed there and they got the work done that same day with not issues.I offered to leave it for the day/overnight if they could get it done by tomorrow but they couldn't guarantee my car getting inspected by tomorrow. I guess if you have a scheduled repair that needs to be done this method is great but what happens in an emergency. So my update goes like this........If you have time to make an appointment then this place can work out for you, I would definitely consider this when I need to schedule low priority repairs/maintenance. If you have an emergency then you may need to find another mechanic. We are a two car family and I cannot wait to make an appointment for a week from now to fix my vehicle during an emergency. I'd kick this star rating to a 3.5 if I could due to the possibility of them not being able to assist you.”

“These people at 202 Collision -- Christina and Daryl in particular -- are professional, competent, honest, and all-around wonderful. My 22-year old niece had her car towed by Jan's Med-A-Car in Hillburn four months ago after getting a flat tire, and when they unloaded it from their tow truck in their lot, the driver slammed it into another car parked there, causing major damage to her driver's side front door (which was almost falling off) and other damage to the fender, and rear door. Jan's owners (John Dinino and his daughter, Janice DeFerrari) promised my niece they'd repair her car, but their attempted repairs were so shoddy and superficial, that the door remained misaligned and wouldn't properly close. We finally had to get our own repair estimates and file a claim directly with Jan's liability insurer, Progressive, as well as the roadside assistance company that dispatched Jan's tow truck, Agero. Though Jan's refused to cooperate with either investigation, Progressive quickly determined that my niece's claim was valid and paid for the repairs to her car from Jan's liability policy. She chose 202 Collision based on their reviews and recommendations from others in our community. I also worked with Christina and Daryl to arrange for the repairs, and they were just exceptional in every way: delightful to deal with, truthful, kind, and they delivered what they promised. After the nightmare of fighting with Dinino and DeFerrari for so long, 202 Collision repaired her car perfectly and made the experience as pleasant as it could be. Thanks so much. I will recommend you to everyone I know, and if my husband and I ever need collision services, we'll know exactly where to go.”
