I have ordered several complicated triptych designs and they have been flawlessly executed. I had a time crunch, and 5 custom frames were needed. I called and an extremely helpful gentleman listened carefully to my situation, and a few days later, I got 5 custom-matt-included beautiful frames, with the hanging hardware attached and the hanging wire wrapped on one side only so that I could quickly take them apart, pop the art into the frame and then speedily attach the second side of the hanging wire- piece of cake. This was the idea of the person I spoke to- and he did this so my time was more efficient since I would likely be getting the frames on the day I had to give them to the gallery. I got the frames in a super-sturdy wooden crate and I was thrilled with how nice they were AND they were incredibly AFFORDABLE. I really can't believe how fantastic the whole experience was. It truly helped restore a bit of my faith in humanity. I will be working with them again and I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you so much!
