(January 6, 2023, 6:18 am)When I lived in Clifton Park, I ate at Mr Fuji's at least once a week. I hadn't been back there in 6 years but when I was in the neighborhood I visited them again. The sushi is still amazingly fresh and the service is great. They did not disappoint!
(December 27, 2022, 8:10 am)We went the day after Christmas and they were very understaffed; but you wouldn't even tell based off of how amazing and fast the service was. As always the food was amazing and the service was spot on. The staff is always attentive and polite. I would recommend anyone to eat there.

(February 11, 2022, 5:11 pm)Fresh clean and delicious. Thought it was gonna be one of those whole in the wall cheap it out kind of sushi place but it by far the best thing I ate out here so far. And spicy tofu was on point. Only thing wish the workers would try the food to have an insight of what's good and etc. Oh well roll the dice and it was all worth it. Mochi wasn't worth it. Tasted like it's been sitting for months on end only reason I gave a 4 star
