Chris and the team at Elevate have been nothing short of exceptional in helping me get on the saddle this year. Elevate was one of only two shops that didn't literally laugh at me when I called to ask about bike availability, and the only shop who could get me the bike I wanted before winter. The associate was very knowledgeable and friendly during the curbside transactions! He fitted me to the new bike I purchased and I was thoroughly pleased with everything! I initially went to get fitted for my old bike and to have some minor adjustments done to it and the associate noticed the bike was too small for me. So I purchased a new bike with his help. It was a great experience!
