The salesman was pleasant as he came to see the job, the crew arrived as scheduled and worked professionally throughout the day, cleaning up completely by the end. The materials they used were top notch, but I had some concerns about some mounting hardware and they returned a week later and in about an hour the changes were made, for which I am very grateful. I am happy and I would use them again.

We purchased our home 2 years ago and unfortunately had to replace the older unit that came with our home. After having no luck and headaches with another local company, we called Matchless for an estimate. John was able to come the same day. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended a handful of units on the spot. We then set up a time to see them in their showroom. They took the time to answer all of our questions and were very transparent from start to finish.

The install process was very seamless and efficient. They called a week in advance as well as a day or 2 before to confirm. They were right on time and had the install done in about a half day (probably even less). Shane was great and took care of everything. The were incredibly professional and took care of our home in the process. The new unit fits and works perfectly and we’re thrilled to have our fire place up and running. This is a great local company with employees who really care about their customers. Again, I would Highly recommend!

The service, planning, workmanship, attention to detail and communication was excellent from start to finish. John was our sales/project person, and he was wonderful to deal with. He listened to what we were looking for and made recommendations based on that. He didn’t try to up-sell us anything. Chuck and Eric performed the installation, and they knew their stuff and worked well together. They did a quality installation from start to finish.
