Happy thanksgiving everyone! I just wanted to jump on here and give a HUGE SHOUT to Pro Cycles in Albany NY. I had an issue with my bike due to manufacturing issues. So my boyfriend reached out to Pro Cycles to see what they could do. He said he was met with the best customer service on the phone and couldn’t believe how nice everyone was. Long story short after dropping my bike off. The dealership was able to make sure everthying was fixed under warranty. My boyfriend and I were under complete shock. We are very big into dirt biking and have lots of bikes between my boyfriend and I and the kids. We have never been met with this kind of customer service before especially when something goes wrong and it’s not your fault. We are use to having to fight for things when it should be warranted. At Pro Cycles they had our back. So again thank you to Pro Cycles and their whole staff. If you were thinking about making the switch to Beta…. Stop into Pro Cycles they won’t disappoint!

Got my bike inspected here and recently purchased tires and a chains evict due to my positive experience there the first time. Friendly and fast service!

I am very picky about who works on my bikes and have been bringing them here for awhile now and have always had a great experience. They know their stuff and have the knowledge and experience to keep my bike running like new. These bad reviews are “fake news” I know to call ahead and make a appt. because they are always busy which tells you something..a lot of people feel the same way!
