(April 18, 2023, 6:12 pm)So many guitars!!! A great selection of new electric and acoustic guitars.. A bunch of effects pedals as well. Both new and used. Helpful staff. Several quiet rooms to go in to check out a guitar, amp or pedal. A great place overall to shop for gear.
(April 15, 2023, 4:31 pm)Incredible store with awesome staff. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by someone at the counter & they immediately offered assistance. Super friendly & knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. Even though the store was busy, they really take into consideration customer service/care. I was in & out within 5-10 minutes (just needed some guitar polisher) & I couldn’t be happier with the results!! Would definitely recommend this music store. Plus, it was unbelievably clean & well organized even with their extensive inventory. Thank you!
(April 8, 2023, 6:09 pm)A beautiful store with a great selection og guitars and basses. They have small demo rooms where you can rock out hard without being self conscious or worried about blowing the clerks' ears out. Speaking of the clerks, a very cool clerk gave me a 5mm truss rod wrench for free when I was absolutely ready to buy one. Very cool dude, great customer service!
Also, there's a nice selection of mandolins, including f hole and oval hole mandolins, an Eastman mandola, and a Kentucky electric mandolin! Will definitely be stopping by again.
(March 7, 2023, 8:27 pm)When I lived in the area, Parkway was a great place to buy my guitars and accessories. I moved out of state and ordered a pedal through the website and received the pedal quickly. The price was better than anywhere else on the Internet including the big company guitar websites. Parkway continues to be great, and I will shop their website when needing anything musical instrument related.
