LabCare of Community Care Physicians - Clifton Park

I have had lab work here twice. Both times I was blessed to have Brandy as my phlebomist. Both visits I barely sat down and she was calling me in. Brandy is not only welcoming, but super sweet and professional. Never in my many blood draws have I feel absolutely nothing, not even a pinch. Thank you Brandy!! Noone will ever again draw my blood so long as you are there!!

Went in for the first time since my doctor changed offices from Ellis and is now with Community Care. Only had time to go during lunch. No one in waiting area. Was called back to get blood taken within a minute of sitting down. Blood script lookup and blood draw done by same person. That was the fastest I've ever been in and out for bloodwork.

I arrived 10 minutes before the lab opened at 7:30 for fasting blood work. There were people already waiting. You take a number and wait. My number was 5. The lab opened promptly at 7:30 and took numbers 1 and 2 in. I was called in at 7:40 and was done in 5 minutes. The staff member was friendly and efficient.
