The team was super professional and did such a great job. Dillon was very so great from the time he came to finishing the install and explained how it worked. They also cleaned up after them and then over all experience it s great. They are extremely reasonable and highly recommend.

Scheduled my work in reasonable time. I explained where the new faucet was to go and the refrigerator hook up. they did a good job. Pleasant to work with.

H2O Solutions is fantastic. Lou Torres, the technician, was pleasant, thorough and explained everything he did. Lou answered our questions thoughtfully and responded to our inquiries about adding alternative aspects to our current system. Responsive company, with knowledgeable people. Thank you - we had been without water for two days! Left a message in the early morning on Saturday, and their tech was at our door early Monday. Blue Ribbon Service. (They have an emergency number to call, but we just used their regular business number.)

Our service call could not have been better. Tracy did a great job scheduling and keeping me updated. Ethan, the young technician, was very knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions. Great Experience from my first interaction with Tracy. My technician, Ethan, was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and personable. He answered all my questions ( about 100 of them) without hesitation. Very informative and made the service experience a seamless appointment. He knew what was wrong upon inception and when he took the unit apart, his suspicions were confirmed. Unit is up an running again! I look forward to a 1 year inspection/maintenance appointment. Great experience, outstanding technician. I would hire Ethan in a heartbeat!
