(June 28, 2023, 9:50 am)What a GREAT experience! My laptop is roughly 5 years old ~ It was running slowly and overheating every time I turned it on within 5 minutes. I decided to give this local business a try and I absolutely will be a returning customer. As soon as I walked in (sometime in the late morning), I had immediate service and I had my laptop back by the end of the business day, which was the biggest PERK! Reasonably priced. Laptop is working amazing! Overall, 5/5 experience. Thank you!

(October 15, 2022, 12:03 am)Chris at Tech Monkeys is my new hero. I have no technological confidence. He made me feel comfortable, explained what he would do to fix my old computer, back up everything and setup my new computer. I could ask questions and he answered them with kind patience. It took a day longer than predicted but he stayed late to make sure I had a computer for the weekend and I'm very grateful. I'd suggest anyone go to Tech Monkeys for their computer fix needs!!
