Track Rental

We enjoyed our stay at 170 Jefferson. The house is walkable to the track (just under a mile). The house is also very close to the casino and to a hiking trail. We walked downtown several days to Union Park and to local bars/shops/farmer's market. We made good use of the gas grill and the table and chairs on the back deck. Front porch was nice for having a glass of wine and people watching. Bed was comfortable, closet was huge. We've already booked for next year.

My family and I had a great time at the house. The location to the race track and Broadway was ideal, and the pool was a great option on the 95 degree early August days.

The host stressed that he was always available for questions, but we did not have any during our stay, as the house was set up for a very accommodating and enjoyable stay.

Booking the house, as always, was very easy, as the team at Track Rental and house owner made the process quite simple and hassle free.

We have worked with Gardner and Carolena (and Catherine) to both purchase a home and rent out our previous one. I highly recommend them. While extraordinarily busy, they found us exceptional tenants twice and took care of all the details. That's not easy!
