My husband and I were looking for a gift during the past summer on Broadway and was attracted to the store by the displays of various merchandises with the beautiful leather goods and gift items. Met the charming owner Mick there with the friendly staffs and the gift they suggested was a hit with our friends. Thank you Mick and the staffs!

Outstanding customer service and quality via phone in deciding which hat to purchase. Once I made my choice, I received my hat in one day! I hope to get to visit this store in person at some point. My husband and I visited the wonderful unique boutique store in downtown Saratoga Springs, we were warmly greeted by the charming owners and found the most beautiful merchandise! My husband purchased a beautiful leather jacket! We will be back soon to buy some boots. They also had beautiful woman’s clothing. The clothing is unique and beautifully made. This store is a must to visit in Saratoga!

I have purchased 2 Outback Survival hats and multiple tins of Leather Seal from Saratoga Saddlery. Their products are top quality. The hats are handsome and practical. The Leather Seal magically cleans and restores boots. Michele in Customer Service is extremely helpful! I ordered the wrong size hat and the return was very easy. Thank you!
