Tyler is an authentic trainer who has achieved his own health and wellness journey, losing 100 pounds (hard to believe since he is so fit) - he gets it - he is fun, motivating, encouraging and awesome. Tyler continuously hones his craft to ensure he gives you the best training and his expertise is very valuable. Whether you are already fit or just starting out, Tyler can help whether through small group classes (including a beginner boot camp that is amazing) or through one on one personal training. The workouts are always varied, always interesting, always challenging, and - dare I say it - fun!
