(June 12, 2017, 8:18 pm)William did a great job with my carpets, stairs, hallways, rugs... everything. He does this extra cleaning process step that extracts all the extra gunk/petfur (I have a really long hair large dog) even after my routine vacuuming, before starting the actual steam clean. Just watching the extra dirt and stuff that comes out from under the carpet surface is satisfying. He doesn't rush and does a really thorough job. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
