Such an easy experience! We booked 2 kayaks online for the self serve hub in Coeymans. I even brought my naked cat kayaking with me, definitely will be renting from here all summer

Good price of $30 per kayak/person for up to 3 hours. Includes a life vest and paddle. No instruction provided, but that's OK for me as I am introducing the family to 'yaking. The kayaks are plastic and stable - very good for beginners. Can use a credit card through Google Pay or Apple equivalent.

I am so happy I ran across the website for Upstate Kayak Rentals as it was super easy for my friend and I to rent two kayaks for a few hours at one of their self-service locations. I had a few questions and they answered their phone promptly and were very helpful. I went to one of their self-service locations and they have a cleverly built kayak stand with a paddle and life jacket stowed away in a ventilated storage rack. I would certainly recommend them and rent from them again.

Myself and my boyfriend already have kayaks but we came here for one of our friends who was visiting from out of town to have a third kayak for us to all go out onto the water together. The price is reasonable $30 for 3 hours, at this location they include paddles and life vests. The river is absolutely gorgeous and a treat for us to be on. A lot of the area is shallow, so if you're worried about kayaking for the first time this is an excellent location for it.

Great area to go kayaking! People there are amazing, they checked over my kayak to make sure there wasn't anything dangerous to pollute the water and the rentals are pretty cheap as well!
