Tech II Business Services

We used Tech II for our security camera system. Dan personally ensured the system was installed and working. Attention to detail, prompt and efficient. Great company to do business with and I would highly recommend them for any of their services.

I worked with Tech II when I was employed by the Town of Wilton (Tech II is the Town's contracted tech support provider) and always had nothing but good experiences whenever we needed to call in for support.

When I accepted a new position managing the office of a local non-profit (who had been dealing with some ongoing issues with their tech company), I thought immediately of Tech II and suggested it may be worth considering a switch.

Dan Bardin, the CEO, and a member of his service team came out to our office to meet with me to review our needs and the status of our current set up. He took the time to circle back and meet later with our Executive Director to go over things again with her. Even after assigning us a point of contact within the organization, Dan stayed with us through the whole process, up to and including checking in on how things were going with our on-boarding.

Kevin, our main point of contact for getting set up, was endlessly patient with the thousands of questions and revisions to the quotes we requested as we worked to figure out the best (and most reasonably priced) choices for setting up our organization.

The guys in the service department have been quick to review tickets and help us fix any bumps we've run into as we transition from our old (shall we say, less than helpful) tech company to be fully on boarded with Tech II.

Honestly, every member of the team that I have dealt with so far has been really great.
