Best Buy

You know the deal, the only point of separation from any other Best Buy is the people that work there. We wanted a 32" TV for a dorm room and they had it in stock, smart TV, HDMI, USB, etc. Helpful folks! We didn't need assistance, but it was certainly appealing that it was offered.

Chris was Great!
He understood what we wanted; answer all our questions; and lead us to the right TV.
We haven't seen this kind of service in a long time!
We ended up buying the TV from him instead of online. Then to top it all off, he priced match the TV so we got it for the same price as online.
It was a win-win!

Even though Best Buy was way understaffed, Ricky was helpful to every single customer. Ricky cashed everyone out with a patient, friendly manor. I was able to get information on the item I was purchasing and get chased out quickly. Best Buy better hold onto Ricky, he's amazing at customer service.
