“Fantastic experience replacing carpet with luxury vinyl planks. Rocco gave us a number of great choices and didn't try to upsell us to anything we didn't need. Pricing was extremely competitive. The installers Steve and his assistant did a fantastic job with the carpet tear out and installation. They showed right on time worked efficiently and kept the job site very tidy the entire time.. They even added leveler to make everything perfectly flat and took care of some nail pops at no extra cost. All of the seams and transitions are perfect! They even had to work around a brick fireplace hearth, transition to existing hardwoods and every part was done to perfection! We are so pleased with the outcome. Carpet one will be our go to location for flooring until we finally escape from New York in a few short years. Thanks to the entire team making us some super happy customers!”

Also, all the fruit was fresh as well and was indeed scrumptious! I LOVED the pineapple dole whip one and it paired amazingly with the boba topping (super refreshing)! The girl that was there (Ashley I think her name was) greeted me and I've never felt more welcome! She was extremely friendly (inside joke)! “My 90 minute deep tissue massage experience with Daniel this morning was top notch!! I’ve had many deep tissue massages at different spas all over, and he hands down had the best technique. Often when leaving a massage, I feel like the therapist did a great job on one area of my body, but kinda let me down on other areas, especially after I’ve mentioned a few areas I’d like them to focus on. There wasn’t one muscle spot he didn’t thoroughly touch on to relieve tension. Really looking forward to Saratoga Botanicals new location opening and another service from Daniel!!”

“Kristen in the fish department is absolutely incredible. She takes her time with customers and helps them get what they want. After several bad experiences with petsmart- or should I say petstupid, I gave up trying to buy fish from them that most of the time were unhealthy and died soon after. At $4 a gallon for gas and the time involved, I'd rather not be driving all over the world to return their dead fish. This is how I ended up at this store almost 45 minutes away from home and Kristen is the sole reason I will travel that far for fish purchases. Along with her excellent customer service skills and extensive knowledge of fish and aquariums and everything to go along with them, she orders an awesome variety of colorful fish for every type of setup you could imagine. She is a true asset to this company and if you ever end up there for your aquarium needs, make sure to ask for Kristen. Another faithful Petco customer as of now.”
