Arket Electric and Generator

After having done a phenomenal job last year to get electricity to my garden shed, add some exterior lights and fixing a few smaller issues, I called Arket Electric back this year to install an EV-Charger and a new panel as we were maxed out. From the contact with Summer to schedule the work to the conversation with and the work done by Mike T everything was no less than fabulous. I know what electrician I will call next time. We contacted Arket Electric for a Generac generator annual tune-up. Scheduling was very easy and professional. Robert, the technician, was friendly, courteous, and gave us notice when he would be arriving. He did a very thorough inspection and tune-up of the generator, and also checked the transfer switch, which no other tune-up with other companies had included. He provided an itemized checklist including everything he had done for our records. We will certainly be calling them for our service in the future!

I am so happy I chose Arket Electric to replace my main service panel and update some of my electrical outlets. They were so nice and helpful from the estimate, to the office staff, to Eric, who did the work today. I am very pleased with the work that was completed, the reasonable price, and the clean up. It's not often that a company owner makes the initial trip out to assess and evaluate the job needed, but Mike Arket did just that. We had a delightful conversation and he took his time to explain the current situation and his recommendations in terms a layperson like me could understand.
