“Brought my daughter's cadillac xt4 to mastic auto sound and they blew up the subwoofer enclosure and door speakers and wouldn't fix anything, Brought it to Shawn at unique who I have been friends with for 25 years and he fixed everything they destroyed and made my daughter so happy. I should have went there first but my son was friends with mastic auto sound and if they treat friends like that what would they do to you? I have Brought 4 cars to Shawn at unique and never had any problems and if you do have an issue Shawn will correct it without any problem. I can't say enough about Shawn and his employees they are courteous and respectful and will be honest with you about what you need and don't need. Joseph who is a top Audi specialist is absolutely top level and has kept my B6 S4 running in tip top condition. He has literally kept my car alive and running better than any other car I have ever owned. I literally can't say enough good things about Joseph and his knowledge in Audi services. “An 8 point buck took the liberty of swan diving at full speed into my truck while driving home on Labor day weekend. Called Vinny the next day, brought my truck over to the shop and he and his team quickly got to work. Guided me through the tricky insurance process and immaculately repaired my truck. The outcome was incredible! Looks as good as the day I drove off the lot new in 2019. Absolutely recommend Vinny and his crew for any auto body work you need. Plus the custom work he does looks incredible too. Got a sneak peek at some of the crazy looking trucks getting work done there as well. Hands down best auto body shop on Long Island.”

“I have been going to my dealership getting service on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I trusted my dealership so when they told me I needed brakes/rotors at 30,000 miles I did it for a cost of 1300. Low and behold two months ago, they claim I needed back brakes/rotors at 58,000 miles, so there goes another 700.00. I went for a oil change last week and I had a appointment today for front brakes/rotors that they claim I needed. Luckily for me, my Son In Law referred me to Billy. And guess what folks, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes and rotors. Going to Billy put my mind at ease 😌 and he and staff took good care of me. I ended up getting tires which I know I needed. From now on, all work not under warranty I will go to Billy. Screw the dealership, seriously”

“Great shop! I couldn't find anyone brave enough to fix a right hand drive rack and pinion in Queens or Brooklyn for months. Gave these people a call and said bring it in, "we fix left hand, right hand, center hand, you name it!". Next day i took the part to them and in 4 hours they had the part fixed and looking brand freaking new. Wouldn't hesitate on going back again worth the drive ! Thank you guys!”
