The doctors (Dr. Blumenthal and Dr. Rogers) and technician are friendly as well and explained the processiour and following treatment plan in a very professional manner. The only reason why I didn't give the 5 stars is because of the office itself, it does need some updates.”

Coach Bob took his time teaching me everything I needed to know from the ground up. While Coach Bob planned my workouts, all of the coaches worked with me during all group rides, runs and swims. Coach Paul and Coach Liz lead by example and make SSTC feel like a family. I was impressed with how prepared I felt by the time race day arrived. I felt confident and ready.
