As new homeowners, and undergoing our first major renovation project, they were immensely helpful by; explaining what our plans actually meant, helping us determine whether they were (or were NOT) what we wanted, navigating the permit and inspection process, coordinating with our architect (making recommendations) and most importantly helping us problem-solve the unexpected hiccups that always come up. We had a unique project where we didn’t do things in the correct order, but the John J team (Paul Coppolino specifically) helped us work through all of the issues and ultimately made everything look great functionally and esthetically. They were also very straightforward and fair about pricing, overages and timeline. “About a month ago one of my Seadoo sparks sucked something into jet pump destroying wear ring. My other one had a maintenance light. I couldn't find a place to fix them for weeks. Heard about Jetsport and they took me in quickly and serviced both skis in 24 hours. Sean and staff were outstanding and very professional.
