The owners are amazing instructors who know how to challenge their existing members while offering guidance and modifications for those that are new to the studio. Everyone fits in here. My upper body has definitely become stronger with these classes. I burn a lot of calories too. “This is a place I lived for 2 and half years. It is very helpful only when you take advantage of what opportunities they give you. I was 16 when I moved there and now I’m 20 and can tell you it was a very helpful program you may have your ups and downs, but it will help you in the long run. I went from being that very out there child and now I have a good head on my shoulders I will be starting college this coming fall to study computer science. If it wasn’t for this place and their support systems I would probably be pregnant, dead or in jail. Now this does may not go for everyone whose be there but it definitely goes for me and select few. Overall it’s an all around helpful and understanding environment.”

“Brett and his staff (Matt, Jenna) are the epitome of what physical rehabilitation is all about! I came into Brett’s office after suffering a humerus bone break in my upper arm. I was operated on, had metal hardware and nine screws put into my arm. My dominant arm! Everyone hopes and prays they will come out better after such a procedure…but sometimes a little help is needed along the way. And Brett did just that! When I first met Brett, he gave me a consultation and a REAL plan that catered to my particular injury. He was extremely optimistic and positive, which certainly made me feel at ease. And from there, we went to work! He entertained any silly/goofy questions I had, along with the serious ones. He set realistic goals for me, and I can honestly say I feel great today after just 4 months post surgery. Every interaction has been great...who thought PT could be fun anyway?!
