“Excellent restaurant. Excellent food. Amazing attention to detail. 4 of us total for dinner and we were all were impressed with the appetizers, to the main meals, the desserts and the martinis. The presentation of each dish was beautiful. The flavors of the food was delicious. The atmosphere is quite nice, especially in the summer when you can sit on the outside deck looking out into the Bay. Formally met the owner Elaine, and she was a 'breath of fresh air '. We experienced a quick meal delivery immediately following our appetizers. This was after we had requested to have time in between the courses. Elaine personally came over to apologize and we received a reduction in our final bill. Our entire party was impressed from start to finish. We will definitely return and recommend this restaurant to others. Their new location is by far a huge improved transformation from their original location.”

“Visiting Comalapa Restaurant for the first time I was very satisfied with the food and service. We had various pupusas (typical Salvadorian cuisine) with all of them freshly made and delicious. My favorite was Chicharrón and cheese. The dining room was comfortable and clean and service was attentive and friendly. It is obvious why the restaurant has been in business for over 25 years.”
