“Eddy the service technician was very professional, courteous, and thorough. His service was outstanding. (Note: 5 star rating is ONLY for the excellent service provided by the service technician Eddy!) The call center was less than satisfactory. I had a service date of 2/13/2015, originally scheduled. I took a day off from work for the appointment. At 6:30AM on 2/13/2015 I received a phone call stating that the service tech would be at my home between the hours of 9AM & 11AM. I later received a phone call from the service center at 9:45 AM stating that the service tech had called in sick. I explained that I had lost a days work for this appointment. Common courtesy would dictate a follow up appointment should be made by Sears for the following day which was Saturday. I guess that it is not Sears policy, as they wanted to schedule another weekday appointment, after already explaining that I had lost a day's work. Finally, I was able to get an appointment for Saturday 2/28/2015. I have never had a problem with the Sears technicians, their call center should take lessons from the field technicians.”

“I went in for an estimate I have a dent on the drivers door my car is fairly new so of course it bothered me and I was upset. I met with Bob he told me it would be 800 to repair it the right way or they could try to bang it out and use touch up paint for 150. I decided to go that route since finances were an issue for me. When I dropped off my car I met Doug and he said he didn't think it would turn out very good so he wasn't going to charge me. What business does that? I couldn't believe it. Anyways I picked up my car yesterday and its so much better than what it was they did everything they could do. They are very honest. I definitely recommend this place they are fair and nice guys. I will definitely go to this place if I have any further auto body needs in the future. Thanks again Hassell. You get 5 stars in my book!!!”

“A perfect experience. The staff were great; super friendly, and very clear and considerate when doing estimation, drop off and pickup. They broke down the exact areas of damage, what may or may not need to be replaced and what they would try to work around to cut part cost and labor time. When I came to pick my car up, which was also ahead of schedule, it looked as good as new. They also were able to shave several hundred dollars off the estimated costs as they had said they would try to do, which I think speaks for itself in terms of their integrity and honesty. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for body work.”

“Went here on a whim because my transmission was acting up. They took me in right away and told me what they thought the issue was, topped off my fluids so I could get home. Came back the next day to get the work done and not only did they assess the situation again, they found the problem, it was half the price I thought it was going to be, and after trying 3 different Toyota dealerships unsuccessfully for the part, Kyle crafted what I needed himself and my car is back to running in top shape.
