What I remember is that the Garlic Knots needed a little more garlic and salt. One thing I liked about previously living on Long Island is how the water there makes the dough taste better. Amazing though for me to see that the Knots picture is my highest viewing picture at over 368K views since posting it, but back then they weren't the best part of the meal. The best part is the atmosphere and location of the restaurant. We miss and still love Northport. Even after living in Colorado for the last 22 years, when we get back, we come to Northport to eat, socialize and enjoying the local establishments. Thanks for the reply and allowing me to clarify my taste buds.”
