Steve was there within 20 minutes, we were back in our slip within an hour. He was professional, courteous and made the experience as pleasurable as having to get towed back can be. “Being in the Travel and Tourism industry myself, I tend to expect more from others in the same industry. I had been a Luther Sales client for a few furniture contracts, and when I found out they also did Vacation Getaway's as well, I was intrigued. I went to the site and applied.. I had some technical difficulty with the applications process. I will admit, I got very frustrated and I complained back and forth via email trying to get help. I felt passed around from agent to agent without any resolution. I sent a scathing email , AND posted a negative comment on FB. Then, when I just about to give up, I got an email from Michael Morolla @ Vacationwiser asking me to call him. He took charge of the situation and in a matter of minutes..He had my credit line approved, and I finalized my booking today. What Michael doesn't know is, I had a very rough year last year. I had several angioplasty surgeries, then finally open heart surgery. It was a horrific time for sure. My husband supported me so much, physically, mentally, and financially..He works 12 hours a day 5 days a week and the trip we are taking is a surprise for him. “We came by boat at the end of the season. The dock was nice and the staff in the restaurant were very nice and hard working. I think the area would be tricky to use wheelchairs but depending on mobility, possible. I did not eat but my wife and friends said the food was good.”
