They have a sign hanging up that says they understand that this can be a overwhelming experience as well as an embarrassing situation that can be very stressful.
They assure you that they are there to help you through this process and will help you to the best of their ability.
They live up to that and then some.
Complete professionalism from start to finish they make a very uncomfortable situation into a pleasant surprise.
This company definitely needs to be recognized for being the model for outstanding customer service in this particular industry.
