“I did a home renovation and apparently my clock took a beating. I LOVE the clock and looked everywhere in an attempt to replace it. My last and final thought was maybe it can be repaired. I spoke to a very nice man at Franklin who said he would try and get a replacement part for it and, guess what, he did! I was very excited to pick it up and he was just as excited for me. I will always look to Franklin for any future repairs. 5 stars!”
