“My husband and I loved Hilary's birthing class. It was the perfect amount of time to learn all of the essentials and most important details of child birth. Since the class was small Hilary was able to tailor her discussion of each topic to each of our unique plans for birth and there was plenty of time to get to all of our questions. The space was fantastic- it was clean, modern and eco-friendly and there were couches for all of us to sit on and be comfortable. Most importantly, Hilary was extremely knowledgeable and up on all of the recent literature. She has a strong understanding of the benefits of natural labor practices but wasn't pushing any specific agenda on anyone- just telling us the facts. I would highly recommend this class to anyone. We will be joining her newborn/breastfeeding class soon.”

“Quality PT from someone who cares! One of my friends was referred to Terry from her surgeon (they had a list of PT places, but she was specifically told to go to Terry). When I met Terry, I immediately saw why both doctors and my friend recommended her. I have been around a lot of PT and had never had such a thorough examination. What was most notable was how much Terry explained to me- something I had not experienced before. Not only was she very upfront about how bad my issue was, she gave me a really great understanding of what was going on, how I had gotten there, and what we would be doing to fix it. I’m not the best with keeping up with my exercises, but I started to understand that we would get through the process much faster when I was good about them. Terry was firm but sensitive to what I was going through. And she made me understand that this was a team effort and I was not going to get better unless I put in my fair share. I have never had someone put so much thought and care into my understanding and participation. And it absolutely made a difference! I had thought that my back issues would just keep coming back because I’m getting older. Terry helped me understand how to manage things on my own. She also has great hands, so I will still see her occasionally when I need more help (also because she’s just fun to talk to!). But between the work she has done on me and with me, I no longer feel like I have to live with back pain forever if I take care of myself. “Marie is an excellent and very thorough acupuncturist. I have been a patient of Marie’s for over 4 years. Recently she has treated me for Facial Rejuvenation. I’ve completed 10 sessions focused on my face. After about 5 sessions I began to see results starting with a reduction in fine lines and deep wrinkles, particularly in my forehead. I also noticed an improvement in the appearance of my eye lids, with less sagging. After being treated I have had people tell me that I look more rested and youthful. My skin is less puffy and the aging process has been slowed down. Marie carefully inserted the needles into the problem areas on my face which improves muscle tone. This technique requires many needles, more than I’ve had in the past but she was careful and very precise. Additionally needles were inserted into my scull and around my neck. After a couple treatments I experienced slight bruising on my forehead but in less than a week the bruising disappeared. The time it takes Marie to insert all of the needles takes longer than a normal acupuncture session. The results are worth the time and effort. I recommend this treatment for anyone looking for a more youthful glow and rested appearance. I also found it very relaxing”
